We use a learning matrix to map key company learning needs and general knowledge needs against knowledge short falls in the work environment to provide a gap analysis.

GPD then designs strategic methods to manage any shortfalls and improve learning outcomes.

These learning outcomes can be mapped to nationally recognize standards and delivered as Certificate courses, creating a foundation of knowledge and learning within your company.
If certificate courses are not necessary we can design specific courses for your company to meet your learning objectives.
